Poor Service-Ripped Off

I went to VIP auto in Yarmouth because my brakes let go and they were the closest repair shop. After looking over my car they told me it wasn't my brakes but my rear axle was completely gone. They replaced with use parts, bled my brakes and replaced fluid. I paid $1024, and was assured my brakes were fine. Five days later my brake light came on and once again my foot went to the floor. I returned to VIP with my vehicle and was told my rear brakes needed to be replaced but this had nothing to do with my previous problem. Because I didn't have an appointment they told me I needed to wait for an opening to replace the brakes. The fact that I had spent over $1000 already to fix this problem meant nothing to their service manager. I waited 7 hours and spent another $360 to correct this problem. I don't believe my rear axle was gone, but regardless you'd think more consideration would be given to a customer who had already spent that kind of money!! Poor customer service, I won't return.
