Happy Tails

Founded in 2003 by Frank Billings and Emily Steele, Happy Tails is committed to providing superior dog services with emphasis on health, safety and professionalism.

Happy Tails has grown due to the trusting and loyal relationships with its customers. Both Frank and Emily have a life-long history of animal care. They are interested in developing and supporting social responsibility in their community and are particularly inspired to help area animal charities in an effort to help those innocent creatures who are in need.

We provide daycare services at 130 St John St. and at 119 Bishop St. in Portland, Maine. Dog Daycare benefits both the dog and you the owner, the benefit for the owner is that while your doing human stuff your furry child is having a great time doing dog stuff. No more guilt when you pick up your keys and have to watch their excitement turn to disappointment as you walk out the door and go to work. It benefits the dog in that instead of sitting at home alone waiting for you, they are playing, being socialized, and having a great time. After a fun day of playing you pick up a calm and relaxed pet.
